Leanne Rybintsev

I’ve Read Hundreds.

Both sides of the table

Hiring & Being Hired

I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVs, in hiring and in professional live streams, and I’ve been on both sides of the interview table. My feedback reflects how CVs are actually read, not how we wish they were.

Six years at Scrimba

Operations & Editorial

Operations lead, developer, and problem solver at Scrimba, an online coding education platform. Reviewing and editing for clarity is a core part of what I do every day.

Language & Teaching

Trained Communicator

Languages degree from King’s College London, Linguistics MA with Merit from Goldsmiths, and CELTA qualified. Explaining what’s wrong and how to fix it is a trained skill, not a claim.

Three Steps.

Step 1

Pick a tier & pay

Choose standard or rush below and pay securely by card. PayPal is available on request, just email me first.

Step 2

Email me your CV

Send your CV as a PDF (in English, up to 3 pages; email me first if yours is longer) to hello@lrybintsev.com, with one line on the role and region you’re targeting. The clock starts when your CV lands in my inbox.

Step 3

Get your review

You receive a structured written review as a shareable Google Doc: feedback on structure, content, and framing, quoting specific lines from your CV, tailored to the region you’re applying in.

Can’t I Just Ask ChatGPT?

Yes, and you should. It’ll tidy your grammar, suggest stronger verbs, and tell you your CV is looking pretty good. That last part is the problem: AI is built to be encouraging.

What it won’t do is tell you that your CV describes your last job beautifully and your next one not at all. Or where a hiring manager stops reading. Or which two of your six bullet points are doing any work. I will, with the specific lines quoted, because that’s the review.

And when everyone’s CV has been smoothed by the same tools, sounding like an actual person is quietly an advantage. That’s a human problem, and it’s one I fix.

Polish is free now. Judgement is what you’re paying for.

Questions, Answered.

Who is this for?

Anyone applying for jobs with a CV, up to 3 pages. Reviews are tailored to the region you’re applying in, because UK, US, and EU conventions differ on length, photos, and personal details.

Why choose you?

I’ve reviewed hundreds of CVs, in hiring and in professional live streams, and I’ve been on both sides of the interview table many times. You get feedback based on how CVs are actually read.

Should I run my CV through AI first?

Honestly, yes. Use whatever tools you like, then bring me what they produced. The gap between “no errors” and “gets interviews” is the part I charge for.

What’s my experience?

Six years at Scrimba as an operations lead, developer, and hiring manager. Before that, a languages degree from King’s College London and a Linguistics MA with Merit from Goldsmiths, University of London. I’m also CELTA qualified, so explaining things clearly is a trained skill, not a claim.

What should you send?

Your CV as a PDF, up to 3 pages (email me first if yours is longer), plus one line on the role and region you’re targeting. PDF is what recruiters actually see, so that’s what I review.

When does the clock start?

When I receive your CV, not at payment. So if you pay on Monday but send your CV on Wednesday, a standard review is due Friday.

What’s your refund policy?

Reviews are personalised work, so I don’t offer refunds once delivered. If something in the review is unclear, email me and I’ll clarify at no charge.

What’s the founding rate?

People have been asking me for this for years, so now I've finally started offering it. My first 10 clients can grab the standard service for £45 instead of £60, in exchange for a testimonial I may publish on this site and on LinkedIn. Once the 10 places are gone, the offer disappears from this page.

Ready when you are.

Not sure which tier fits, or your CV runs past 3 pages? Email me and we’ll sort it out before you pay anything.
