I Don't Want to Hear About WFH vs. the Office Ever Again.

We are a good four years out of lockdown. And on a daily basis, as I scroll through LinkedIn, there are still discussions about whether we work from home or go to the office. I ask myself: WHY?!

What are we even discussing here?

If you work better remote, work remote. If you work better face to face, do that. It's that easy.

There's no moral high ground. We don't need to convince the other side. Just do you.

Work from home?

Great. Do that.

Go to the office?

Also great. Do that.

That's it. That's the whole discussion. You do you.
